  1. How long will it take for the item to be shipped?
    - We expect it to take 1-3 business days.
    - Because all the albums are imported from S. Korea, in certain cases, some items may take up to 7-10 business days.

  2. How do I cancel my order?
    - All customers can cancel their orders as long as the item has not shipped, and the order has been completed to proceed. If you wish to cancel an order, please allow 3-5 business days for a full refund to the card that has been used.

  3. Albums and Posters
    - Not all albums include posters. There will be posters only for pre-order albums or first edition and first print albums. The posters will be delivered FOLDED with the album.

  4. How long does it take for the refund?
    - On average, it takes 3-5 business days for a full refund to the payment method you used.

  5. International Order
    - We are sorry, but we don’t ship internationally.

Shipping Policy. FAQ
  1. I mistakenly placed an order with a different address.
    - Please contact us immediately once you find the order has been placed with a different address you wished to be delivered. However, we can’t adjust if the order has been fulfilled.

  2. Shipping + Delivery Rates
    - We ship items through USPS and FedEx. We expect 3-5 business days, but please allow a few days more if there is any unexpected problem such as extreme weather conditions, etc…

  3. Confirmation Email and Tracking Number.
    - Once you place an order, you will receive the confirmation email with the tracking number included. 

Return & Exchange Policy
  1. All items must be returned in the same condition you received (Unwrapped and unopened) within 10 days of delivery. Please allow 7 business days for the refund. We are not responsible for the return or shipping label. All return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

  2. If there is any problem or concerns, please contact us immediately for further information.

  1. We accept most of the credit card companies and PayPal. Only one card per order should be used.

  2. I keep seeing an error message on the checkout page.
    - An error may happen due to submitting a different zip code or address of your card information. Please double-check, though you can always contact us with a different problem!
